Led by seasoned dance artist and festival director Mary-Louise Albert, an artistic associate and a Board of Directors and advisors of professional and community dance enthusiasts.

Based in Sointula, Malcolm Island, British Columbia, Canada

Sointula is an isolated village on Malcolm Island in British Columbia, Canada. Lying between Vancouver Island and the British Columbia mainland, northeast of Port McNeill and not far from Alert Bay. We acknowledge that BCMAS is located within the unceded Kwakwaka’wakw territories of the ‘Namgis, Kwakiutl, and Mamalilikala Nations.
